Altec 417?

I have an Altec 12" of which seems to be a 417. The label on the magnet dust cap is very small and reads: "Speaker Impedance 8 ohms, serial # 4289". When removing the magnet "dust cap", it's all black with no writing. Would anyone know if this a 417 and / or what series (8-C, 8-H, etc.)

Are there any numbers on the back of the cone?

What type of cone surround, foam or treated cloth pleats?

Is the dust cap aluminum or paper? 3" or other?

What color is the frame? Are there gaskets for mounting on both sides, or only on the front?

Does the appearance match any on this page;

I learned a bit of trivia while digging up that link, in '72, Altec was so proud of their 8HII lineup of MI drivers, they offered a Lifetime Warranty to the original owner! Wonder how that works........?
